I must admit that I really like Google ‘products’ and I am interested in learning more about their latest endeavor. Google’s Android was premiered at the Mobile World Congress this week. What is it? An article on PCmag.com entitled, Google’s Android Makes Its Public Debut says,
‘Google’s Android is a Linux-based, open operating system for mobile phones that will sport Google applications. It will be free for manufacturers to adop’
It looks similar to Apple’s iPhone and seems to work similarly. My family has a couple of phones that can be replaced in March but it may be worth waiting MONTHS to see what develops. We’ll see!
