• Book News or Books in the News - cover the background with newspaper,  print out stories about books that you and students find and staple them to the board.   Construction paper with a catch heading at the top could be used as a ‘frame’ for the printed pages.   (adapted from “Summer News Beat” idea in Instructor magazine, August 2007, p. 70.)
